Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site. We also may use “cookies” to customize content specific to your interests.
(b) PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED. In order for you to download products that we offer via the Site, we require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes the following categories of information: (1) Contact Data ( such as your name, mailing address, and e-mail address) and (2) Demographic Data (such as your zip code, age, and income). If you communicate with us by e-mail, post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards, or forums, or otherwise complete online forms, surveys, or contest entries, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information.
(c) ANALYTICS DATA COLLECTED. In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere above, we may disclose your personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise, or defend its legal rights.
iii. Cookies and Web Beacons
(a) THIRD PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS/GOOGLE ADS. This site also uses third party advertisements to generate revenue. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on collegeofcannabis.com, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites). You can choose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings. However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites. This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts.
To learn more about this activity, and opt-out of this type of advertising from companies that participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”), you can visit www.aboutads.info/choices. Please note that any opt-out choice you exercise through these programs will apply to interest-based advertising by the third parties you select, but will still allow the collection of data for other purposes, including research, analytics, and internal operations. You may still see advertising across other websites, but that advertising may be less relevant to your interests.
iv. Email Marketing
By submitting your email address via the Site, you are expressly consenting to receive emails from Green Future, including from Green Future’s affiliates, and from third parties concerning offers and advertisements unrelated to Green Future. To opt-out of receiving email messages from us, from our affiliates or from other third parties, click on the “Unsubscribe” link contained in each email.
3. Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information
We will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. The Site will store all the personal information you provide on its secure servers. Information relating to electronic transactions entered into via this Web site will be protected by encryption technology such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
i. Cross-border Data Transfers
In addition, personal information that you submit for publication on the Site will be published on the internet and may be available around the world. You agree to such cross-border transfers of personal information.
You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personal Information in a public forum, chatgroup or message boards.

The Website contains links to other websites. If you choose to visit those websites, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites, and it is your responsibility to review the privacy policies at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.
